The re-imaging and sub-division of a retail park of over 295,000sqft and construction of a new restaurant on behalf of London & Stamford Property.
The schemes included a project to extend the B&Q to double its size and refurbish the existing retail unit whilst maintaining trade.
A subsequent scheme included the re-imaging of the original terraces, sub-division works for M&S, Next, Boots and Mothercare units.
