The construction, extension, re-imaging and sub-division of a retail park of over 300,000sqft on behalf of Ravenside Investments.

Recent schemes include re-imaging the park frontages, a 25,000sqft extension to a retail terrace block, a flag-ship store for a major electrical outlet and three restaurants introduced into the park.
