Re-imaging and sub-division of a retail park on behalf of ING Property Management to replace a vacant large space user. The terrace is sub-divided into 5 retail units, new sign gantries, new park totem signage, redecorated retail frontages and a parapet corporate band. New landscaping and car park finishes throughout. Tenants remained trading throughout the exercise.
