A concept food store of 45,000sqft in a sculptured form and a stunning building with dynamic lines providing a visually vibrant building at a focal point in the district.

This building, constructed for Fairgate Investments, replaces a retail park of deteriorating quality with a building orientated to obtain maximum benefit from controlled passive solar gain by incorporating sun-tracked deep canopies and sloping glazed facades.

Natural ventilation stacks, rain water harvesting, SUDS drainage, heat recovery and a combined heat and power plant enhance the green credentials of this building
