The construction, re-imaging and sub-division of a retail park of over 150,000sqft on behalf of Land Securities.
The schemes included the original construction, subsequent re-imaging to the park frontages, the introduction of a flag-ship store for a major electrical outlet and the sub-division of the terrace.
